Striped
bass are typically found trolling at depths between 20-50
feet. Many anglers have found that using live bait,
sassy shad and crank baits offer your best hope of landing
a trophy. Jigs, spinnerbait and downriggers also work. Fish
rocky ridges, deep drop-offs and well covered areas. The
best time to fish for stripers is early morning and late
evenings in the summer. Head out during the daytime in fall
and spring.
